Job summary

The position requires CA RN license, BLS, and oncology or pediatric chemotherapy provider certification, with 1 year of recent acute or ambulatory care experience. PICC training/experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• 1 year recent full-time equivalent experience in acute or ambulatory care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ONS Provider Certification OR Pediatric CHEMO/Biotherapy Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures.
• Lead the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Document nursing processes and interventions accurately.

PICC didactic course and PICC insertion experience
