Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking per diem nurses to join Feldberg 8 Oncology unit in partnership with Dana-Farber. You’ll provide direct patient care to a diverse oncology population, including those receiving chemotherapy and new cancer diagnoses, while aligning with safety and quality standards.

This role requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, and 1–3 years of related experience. You’ll participate in mandatory education, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse is required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients and makes nursing judgments while formulating, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
• Coordinates care and directs assistive personnel to ensure safe, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered services.
• Maintains mandatory education requirements and participates in professional development and quality improvement activities.
• Demonstrates commitment to patients, staff, and to Beth Israel Lahey Health while ensuring patient safety.
