Job summary

Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers is seeking an experienced Oncology RN to join our infusion centers in the Scottsdale area. This full-time role provides chemotherapy and infusion care across multiple locations as a float, supporting a collaborative, patient-centered team.

You will deliver safe treatment, monitor for reactions, document in EMR, and uphold PPE protocols while traveling between Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Dobson offices.

Qualifications

• Active AZ RN License required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• ONS Chemo/Bio Certification or OCN preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments.
• Monitor patients for reactions and intervene as needed.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
• Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams.

We’re seeking experienced Oncology RNs to provide coverage across our infusion centers—providing a critical part in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing treatment, while working in, team-based environments. This is a float position that will float between our Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Dobson offices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams
• Document accurately within EMR systems

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in outpatient oncology or infusion nursing
• Comfortable with varying workflows and patient volumes
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Reliable and able to travel between locations

Required Qualifications
