Job summary
Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers is seeking an experienced Oncology RN for a float role across our Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Dobson infusion centers. You will deliver chemotherapy, monitor patient reactions, and maintain high standards of safety and care.
Ideal candidates have outpatient oncology or infusion nursing experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to adapt to varying workflows. A valid AZ RN license and OCN/Chemo certification are required.
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license.
- Outpatient oncology or infusion nursing experience.
- CPR certification current.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe chemotherapy and infusion treatments.
- Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately.
- Document accurately within EMR systems.
- Uphold PPE and safety protocols at all times.
- Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams.

We’re seeking experienced Oncology RNs to provide coverage across our infusion centers—providing a critical part in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing treatment, while working in, team-based environments. This is a float position that will float between our Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Dobson offices.
- Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments
- Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
- Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams
- Document accurately within EMR systems
- Uphold PPE and safety protocols at all times
- Experienced in outpatient oncology or infusion nursing
- Comfortable with varying workflows and patient volumes
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
- Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset
- Reliable and able to travel between locations
- Active AZ RN License
- ONS Chemo/Bio Certification or OCN required
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
