Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse, Patient Navigator Oncology (Oncology) on-site at the Braman Cancer Center in Aventura, FL.

The role emphasizes accurate chemotherapy order interpretation, patient education, and adherence to Joint Commission standards. The RN will perform nursing assessments, monitor for toxicities and oncologic emergencies, and ensure timely documentation while participating in survivorship and care coordination within the MS Cancer Center

Qualifications

• Current Licensure in the state of Florida.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Level I: Entry level.

Responsabilités

• Interprets chemotherapy orders and calculates BSA and ANC.
• Performs double check of chemotherapy orders and uses patient identifiers.
• Administers chemotherapy safely and disposes of chemotherapy wastes as per ONS guidelines.
• Completes nursing documentation accurately following Joint Commission Standards.
• Provides patient education using approved documentation forms.

Associate's Degree in Nursing
