Qualifications

• RN license in Michigan, current and in good standing.
• Experience in oncology nursing preferred.
• Competent in chemotherapy/biotherapy procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Regularly assesses patient needs and delivers skilled nursing care per care plans.
• Direct patient care including assessments, meds, treatments and transfers.
• Evaluates treatment effectiveness and updates plans with the team.
• Process physician orders accurately and timely.
• Follow up on medication changes and clarifications.
• Coordinate care with patient care technicians and interdisciplinary staff.
• Provide patient and family education; participate in care conferences.
