Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience OR completion of Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License; BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health.
• Perform age- and disease-specific assessments independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patients.
• Develop and coordinate patient-centered plans of care.
• Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
• Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
