Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our hospital-based team. The role is full-time/part-time, with a 36-hour work week and shifts Monday–Friday, 7:00pm to 7:30am, with rotating weekends.

You will provide nursing care to diverse patient populations and apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Candidates should have a BSN preferred, an IL nursing license, BLS/CPR, and be motivated to obtain the ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certificate

Qualifications

BSN degree preferred.
Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
BLS/CPR certification required; must obtain ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate within nine months of hire.
1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
