Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the patient care team.
• Coordinate daily patient flow and ensure safety and confidentiality.
• Mentor and support other nurses; participate in Shared Governance and professional development.
• Document patient assessments, changes in condition, and care delivered per policy.
