Job summary

Mercy is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse to join our Oncology team. You will provide evidence-based chemotherapy and supportive care, coordinate treatment plans, and educate patients and families throughout their cancer journey.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor complex symptoms, and respond to urgent changes in patient status, in a mission-driven environment with strong preceptorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the United States or eligible Graduate Nurse.
• Experience or training in oncology/chemotherapy is preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and families on treatment plans and care options.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based chemotherapy and supportive care to patients.
• Coordinate treatment plans with the care team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, side effects, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team to monitor patient status.
• Monitor for urgent changes in patient condition and respond promptly.
