Job summary
Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ, is seeking a day shift, full-time Intravenous Therapy (IR) Clinical Navigator Registered Nurse. The RN will provide oncology-focused care coordination across the cancer continuum and support survivorship information in alignment with CoC standards.
Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of Oncology RN experience and NJ licensure.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
- At least 2 years’ Oncology RN experience.
- Current NJ RN license.
- Fluency in English to function in job environment. Prefer bilingual.
Responsibilities
- Provide care coordination across the cancer continuum with strong clinical judgment.
- Demonstrate oncology-specific expertise and critical thinking in patient care.
- Coordinate survivorship information in line with CoC standards.
