Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Three years of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with oncology practitioners, nurses, social workers, navigators, external labs and providers to ensure consistent care within practice standards.
• Advocate and educate for this patient population in accordance with hospital standards and clinical practice.
• Support quality, cost‑effective and patient‑focused outcomes as part of the care coordination team.
