Responsibilities

• Answer calls using AIDET, assess patient issues, plan and evaluate care.
• Complete, accurate nursing documentation.
• Exercise clinical judgment and identify emergencies; take appropriate action.
• Provide patient education to patients and families.
• Participate in evidence-based improvement activities and professional development.
