Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements: graduate of an accredited school of nursing, and Georgia RN licensure in good standing with BLS. Preferred: BSN, two years RN experience, and ACLS/PALS/NRP or other specialty certifications; color acuity may be required in specific units.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• BSN degree preferred.
• Two years of experience as an RN preferred.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP or other clinical certifications preferred depending on unit.
• Color acuity may be required depending on role in specific units.
