Job summary

City of Hope seeks a Program Manager to lead Oncology Care Coordination, guiding documentation, billing, and audit processes to optimize revenue capture across services. You will partner with clinical, operational, IT, and revenue cycle teams to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities include designing standardized workflows, establishing KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving system-wide enhancements aligned with organizational priorities and cancer care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
• Minimum of five years in healthcare.
• Experience in professional billing and revenue cycle.
• Knowledge of CPT-4, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of documentation, billing, and audit processes.
• Analyze denials and trends to identify payor patterns.
• Design standardized workflows for revenue capture.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics.
• Identify documentation, billing, or EMR gaps and lead enhancements.
• Develop tools and training to improve documentation quality.
• Build cross-functional relationships across clinical, operations, IT, and revenue cycle.
• Represent revenue optimization in system-wide committees.
• Lead project management with timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee implementation of new processes and evaluate outcomes.
