Job summary

Regional One Health is seeking an Oncology Research Nurse Coordinator to lead and manage multiple complex oncology trials and research projects within the ROHRI. The role focuses on promoting research, accelerating processes, and driving accrual with sponsor-driven timelines.

The candidate will work with investigators and the clinical team to ensure protocol compliance, perform relevant nursing procedures, and support team goals for efficient operations. RN license in TN is required.

Qualifications

• RN license in TN is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Oncology and Clinical Research.
• Oncology experience as RN preferred 3+ years.
• Research certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sponsor to understand expectations and timelines for trial life cycle.
• Collaborate with investigators and clinical team to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
• Perform nursing procedures related to research and ensure subject safety and protocol adherence.
• Coordinate all research procedures and promote cohesive team performance.
