Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to support oncology clinical trials at Hollings Cancer Center. The role focuses on care for patients enrolled in experimental oncology therapies, including inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will participate in Phase I activities and collaborate with the Clinical Trials Office, contributing to study feasibility and patient care.

Qualifications

• Oncology experience is required.
• Licensed or eligible as a PA or APRN per state law.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required prior to start date.
• DEA license applications should be started before first day.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct cancer care within a clinical trials program.
• Support outpatient infusion suites and inpatient trial rounds.
• Assess, document and manage treatment toxicities per protocol.
• Coordinate study activities with the CTO and Phase I group.
• Maintain study documentation and regulatory compliance.
