Job summary

You will manage patient enrollment, data entry in EPIC/CTMS, and ensure protocol compliance, with close collaboration to physicians, nurses, and study staff.

Responsibilities include screening, enrollment, adverse event reporting, and maintaining trial documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of relevant program experience.
• Knowledge of oncology terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient research activities to ensure protocol compliance and accurate data updates.
• Assist investigators to identify, consent, screen, and enroll eligible patients.
• Collect and submit data to NCI and sponsors with timely case report forms and queries.
• Submit adverse events and regulatory reports per guidelines to IRB, DSMC, and sponsors.
• Maintain knowledge of disease-focused trial portfolio and support startup and amendments.
