Position Summary: This role supports the mission of Presbyterian/St Luke’s Medical Center to enhance quality of life by addressing the whole person’s needs, beyond just medical care. The Oncology RN oversees and directs care for patients with hematologic/oncologic diagnoses, managing medical and surgical patients, and leading multidisciplinary collaboration for coordinated care. The RN is responsible for supervising assistive personnel and maintaining accountability for patient care. Within the first year, the RN will develop basic clinical skills for hematology/oncology patients. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
