• Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
• Provide verbal and written feedback on clinical practice and role performance.
• Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care and health services.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Use the nursing process to implement patient care plans as prescribed.
• Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
• Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel.
• Participate in systematic peer review and seek feedback on practice.
