Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved RN program.
• Must have a current Texas RN license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) is required.
• Complete ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute individualized care plans based on nursing theory.
• Adjust care plans proactively to meet patient needs.
• Review lab values and evaluate treatment toxicity before medication administration.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in EMR (Epic preferred).
• Accurately administer medications per physician orders.
