Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a scientific or healthcare field is required.
• Experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma, or CRO industries (4+ years).
• Experience in clinical functions, preferably as CRA, and leadership in managing clinical studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional teams and external vendors to plan and execute studies from feasibility to closeout.
• Coordinate study planning to ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery within budgets.
• Manage site- and country-level activities, QA, budgets, vendor selection, and resource planning; mentor junior staff.
