Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific or healthcare field.
• 5+ years in clinical trial project management within biotech, pharma, or CRO sectors.
• Proven experience leading clinical functions in oncology or related therapeutic areas.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee study planning, site activation, enrollment, data management, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and budget management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, biometrics, and supply.
• Serve as primary liaison to external partners and study teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
• Develop and optimize SOPs and work instructions.
