Job Summary

The Oncology Radiopharmaceutical Sr. MSL is a vital member of the Global Medical Affairs team. The role involves communicating scientific, clinical, and technical information within the medical community, building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, and serving as an expert in therapeutics and radiopharmaceuticals for internal and external audiences. Candidates should ideally reside near an international airport.

The MSL must possess deep expertise in oncology, radiopharmaceuticals, medical imaging trends, and clinical trials, staying updated through ongoing training and resources.

Responsibilities and essential functions:

  1. Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the assigned territory.
  2. Communicate complex scientific data effectively to various audiences, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  3. Respond to scientific inquiries with accurate, approved data, ensuring compliance with all standards.
  4. Share clinical and technical information promptly with internal teams.
  5. Engage with external experts to understand diagnostic patterns, treatment guidelines, and patient needs.
  6. Identify potential speakers and provide feedback on presentations and training.
  7. Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and other regulatory policies.
  8. Identify investigators for sponsored trials following approved processes.
  9. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including GCP, HIPAA, and FDA regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • PhD, PharmD, or MD required; BCNP preferred.
  • At least 4 years of MSL experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in oncology, urology, or radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Strong understanding of oncology, radiopharmaceuticals, and diagnostic imaging trends.
  • Ability to translate scientific data into high-quality medical information.
  • Leadership skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Motivated with a record of growth and achievement.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Other requirements:

  • Knowledge of oncology and radiopharmaceutical publications.
  • Understanding of clinical trial design and pharmacoeconomics.
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare system and medical imaging industry.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%; reside near a major airport.
