Overview

Award-winning, independent community hospital located in northwestern Pennsylvania. Features a hospital-owned Cancer Care Center, operating Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The hospital contracts full-time Hospitalist coverage for inpatient care. Current Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems include Mosaic and Meditech Expanse.

Radiation Oncology Position

Join our thriving Cancer Care Center located on the hospital campus in a dedicated building. We currently employ Medical and Radiation Oncologists supported by a team including Physicists, Dosimetrists, RNs, and administrative staff. This position is available immediately.

Equipment

• Elekta Versa HD Linear Accelerator
• Siemens CT Simulator
• Monaco and Mini treatment planning systems
• MOSAIQ electronic medical record integrated with Meditech Expanse

Case Load

• Linear Accelerator handles approximately 9 patients per day
• Consultations and follow-ups total about 174 patients per month
• Services include External Beam Radiation Therapy, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy, Electron Therapy, Simulation, and Verification Simulation
• Procedures involve fiducial implants, SpaceOAR hydrogel implants, and xofigo administration
