• Schedule (Shifts/Hours): 7am - 4pm
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
• Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage: No
• How Many APPs Provide Coverage: N/A
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 35 treatment patients
• Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Office/Clinic
• Documentation System/EMR: Mosaiq, Epic
