Job description

SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group is seeking a full-time BC/BE Radiation Oncologist to join us as the primary physician leading the department in Monroe, Wisconsin. You will work with the support of our SSM Health Cancer Care Radiation Oncology program, consisting of 5 experienced board-certified physicians and staff across 3 locations in south central Wisconsin.

Highlights:

1. Growing department that is part of a new service line opened in 2020.
2. Expect to see 2-3 consults per week, 2-3 follow-up visits per week, and 9-15 on-treatment patients per day.
3. The Radiation Oncology department includes three radiation therapists, a nursing team, and comprehensive support from the SSM Health Cancer Care Radiation Oncology team, including physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, and RNs.
4. In-house referrals from Oncology, OBGYN, Urology, Dermatology, and ENT are already in place to support this practice.
5. Equipment includes Varian True Beam, GE Discovery CT Simulator, Eclipse Treatment Planning System, and ARIA/Epic Electronic Health Record.
6. Physician peer case review occurs weekly with peers from Madison, Janesville, and Baraboo.

Requirements:

1. BC/BE in Radiation Oncology.
2. Wisconsin active and unrestricted medical license.
3. Wisconsin active and unrestricted DEA registration.
