Qualifications

• Average Number of Patients Per Day - Outpatient: 25-30 at 1st location, 10-12 at 2nd location
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - Inpatient: 1-2 at 1st location
• Trauma Level/Designation: 2
• Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult

• Board Certified
• Ohio State License
• BLS
• Required Procedures: 3D Radiotherapy, Conventional Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
