Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Product Training Manager for the Oncology portfolio in Irving, TX, to build and deliver education programs that enable the Commercial organization to effectively represent MI Cancer Seek, Caris Assure, and ChromoSeq.

The role collaborates with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to translate evolving scientific evidence and competitive messaging into engaging learning experiences for onboarding, product

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in commercial training, product education, or related roles within life sciences.
Experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, maintain product training curriculum for the Oncology portfolio.
Translate complex scientific, clinical, technical, and commercial information into engaging training materials.
Design structured learning pathways, certifications, assessments, job aids, playbooks, competitive intelligence resources, field communications, and reinforcement activities.
Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Product Management, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, and subject matter experts to ensure training content reflects current product strategy, clinical evidence, and messaging.
Monitor product updates, labeling changes, new clinical data, competitive landscape, and messaging to keep materials accurate.
