Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Product Training Manager for its Oncology portfolio to develop and maintain education programs for the Commercial organization. You will translate scientific data into learner-centered content for onboarding, launches, and ongoing education.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Product Management, and Sales to ensure messages are current and aligned with product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in commercial training/L&D/marketing or related roles in life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific/clinical information into practical learning solutions.
• Strong project management, collaboration, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain Oncology product training curriculum for onboarding, launches, and ongoing education.
• Translate complex scientific/clinical/technical/commercial information into learner-centered materials (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, video, self-directed).
• Design learning pathways, certifications, assessments, job aids, playbooks, competitive intelligence resources, field communications, and reinforcement activities.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Product Management, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, and SMEs to align content with product strategy, evidence, messaging, and enhancements.
• Monitor product updates, labeling changes, new clinical data, competitive landscape, and messaging to keep training current.
• Facilitate training for onboarding, launches, National Sales Meetings, regional meetings, and other events.
• Evaluate effectiveness (assessments, feedback, observations, performance metrics) and improve using adult learning/instructional design best practices.
• Maintain governance, version control, and quality of training materials.
• Maintain working knowledge of Caris products, commercial processes, and customer workflows.
