Job summary

Tampa General Hospital seeks a Manager Oncology Practice for the TGH Infusion Center to lead administrative operations and staff, delivering high-quality patient care. Working with the Director of Clinical Operations, you will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate team members, while ensuring compliant payroll and reporting processes.

You will drive workforce planning, program implementation, and adherence to hospital standards, with a focus on protecting patient privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Florida RN license required.
• Three (3) years of RN experience.
• OCN, ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy card preferred.
• BLS preferred.
• Oncology leadership experience 5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize administrative operations to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of team members.
• Counsel, appraise, discipline, and reward employees to maintain performance standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for assigned staff.
• Create and maintain operational and administrative reports per hospital and regulatory requirements.
• Foster and implement programs to address current and future challenges.
• Maintain adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital standards.
• Uphold patient privacy and report hazards following hospital protocols.
