Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• Associate's Degree plus four years of related work experience.
• Eight years of related work experience in healthcare management.
• Minimum seven years in healthcare management, including supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develops policies, procedures and objectives; ensures execution and updates.
• Analyzes business conditions and advises on operational issues.
• Oversees system development to support practice-wide activities and coordinates hardware/software needs.
• Promotes effective communication and information flow within the practice.
• Prepares management reports and ensures compliance with accreditation standards.
• Oversees new office locations and staff supervision; clinical work directed by physicians.
