Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Oncology Portfolio Sales Consultant to drive clinical demand, education, and sales across the Orlando metro area. This role focuses on the Bayer Oncology portfolio (NUBEQA, STIVARGA, VITRAKVI, HYRNUO) with travel up to 50% within the territory.

Responsibilities include educating healthcare professionals, building strong provider relationships, and developing 90‑day growth plans while ensuring ethical and compliant conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven selling skills with the ability to influence prescribers.
• Track record of consistent sales success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips.
• Subject to credentialing requirements as part of employment.
• Experience launching new products/indications.
• Compliance with credentialing and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Build deep clinical knowledge and educate healthcare professionals on Bayer Oncology products.
• Cultivate relationships with key offices and providers.
• Tailor messaging to customer needs and goals.
• Navigate healthcare environment and leverage industry groups as appropriate.
• Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities and plan 90‑day actions.
• Execute territory strategy with an outcome‑oriented approach to meet targets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to create solutions for customers.
