Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Oncology Sales Consultant – Portfolio to drive clinical demand and education for the Oncology portfolio (NUBEQA, STIVARGA, VITRAKVI, HYRNUO) in the Orlando metro area. You will build deep clinical knowledge, educate healthcare professionals, and cultivate strong provider relationships to achieve territory sales targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or 10 years of relevant experience) and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's).
• Proven selling skills with ability to influence prescribers.
• Track record of consistent sales success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Negotiation and analytical skills with data-derived insights.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips.
• Subject to credentialing requirements as part of employment.
• Experience launching new products/indications.
• Compliance with customer credentialing and safety standards (e.g., vaccinations, training).

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical demand, education, and sales of Bayer Oncology Portfolio (NUBEQA, STIVARGA, VITRAKVI, HYRNUO).
• Build deep clinical knowledge to educate healthcare professionals on disease states and treatment options.
• Cultivate relationships with providers and offices to exceed expectations.
• Be customer-centric, tailoring messaging to customer needs.
• Navigate healthcare environment and leverage industry groups to support territory goals.
• Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and develop 90-day plans.
• Follow an outcome-oriented approach to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to co-create solutions with teams.
• Embrace technology to enhance performance and learn continuously.
• Act ethically and comply with pharmaceutical guidelines.
