High school diploma or GED, with at least 6 years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, global environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and tools like PT&E and Ariba is essential. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, prior experience supporting executive leadership in pharma R&D, and familiarity with pharmaceutical governance processes. The role demands strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and independently handle multiple demands.
