UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in Cranberry, PA seeks a motivated Pharmacy Technician to join the Cranberry Network site. This full-time role offers daylight hours, Monday–Friday with no weekends or holidays, and will float to other locations as needed.

Qualificações

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program.
• Enrollment in an undergraduate pharmacy program and in good standing.
• Six months of previous pharmacy technician experience; six months as a Pharmacy Assistant within the UPMC Health System.

Responsabilidades

• Fill medication orders with proper labeling, counting, and stocking.
• Prepare oral and injectable medications for the correct patient and time.
• Work in sterile product areas including cytotoxic and hazardous drugs with aseptic technique.
• Distribute medications and manage medication carts and controlled substances per policy.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, comply with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
