Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for Hematology/Oncology in Boston, MA. This position involves leading and managing the oncology pharmacy team while developing strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must have completed a pharmacy degree and possess a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency along with pertinent experience. Responsibilities include managing pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising staff to achieve a high standard of patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a degree in Pharmacy (Bachelor's or PharmD).
• Experience: PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY-2 Pharmacy Specialty or HSPAL Residency or PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency and 2 years of pertinent experience or 4 years of pertinent experience.
• Licensed as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by the hire date.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee medication management processes and ensure safety.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and manage human resource functions.
