Job summary

White Plains Hospital Medical Center seeks an Oncology Pharmacist to deliver comprehensive clinical and dispensing services within the Hematology/Oncology teams and infusion center. You will collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure safe, effective chemotherapy regimens and patient care throughout the hospital system.

The position requires 2–3 years of hospital pharmacy experience, oncology-focused CE credits, and NYS pharmacist licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• 2–3 years hospital pharmacy experience.
• Oncology certification by NYSCHP or BPS or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hematology oncology and infusion center operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical/dispensing services in Hematology/Oncology.
• Work with Infusion Center, Hematology Oncology Unit and Oncology Physician Practice staff.
• Provide staff pharmacist/IV services as needed.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and pharmacy policies and standards.
