Job summary

You will supervise pharmacy technicians, maintain logs, manage inventory, and provide clinical drug information to the care team in a fast-paced oncology setting.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD or DPh, Tennessee license, and strong organizational and communication skills to support safe, effective patient care and research collaborations.

Qualifications

• DPh or PharmD required.
• TN Pharmacist license required.
• Bachelor’s degree with related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Enter drug orders into pharmacy computer systems.
• Verify chemotherapy and IV therapies prepared by technicians.
• Prepare chemotherapy and IV drugs as needed.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in preparation of chemotherapy and IV products.
• Maintain logs and documentation, including narcotic inventory.
• Monitor and manage drug inventory, including ordering and restocking.
• Provide clinical drug information to healthcare teams regarding dosing and interactions.
