Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Doctorate preferred.
• Current Oklahoma Pharmacy license.
• 15 hours of approved continuing education annually.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Advise on medications, pharmacokinetics, and pain management.
• Verify physician orders for safe and optimal therapy and formulary compliance.
• Enter orders into information systems as approved by the state board when applicable.
• Ensure accurate documentation and accountability for technicians' work.
• Maintain readiness of emergency carts and proper medication storage.
