Qualifikationen

• ASHP PGY1 residency or 3 years oncology experience required.
• ASHP Oncology PGY2 residency preferred.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) preferred.
• Iowa pharmacist license or eligibility required.
• Iowa Dependent Adult/Child Abuse training required.

• Supports complex medication therapy expansions and services.
• Ensures safe handling of hazardous drugs and participates in quality initiatives.
• Mentors pharmacists and technicians; supports training of residents and students.
• Reviews medication orders for appropriateness and safety.

• Oversees sterile compounding and distribution of oncologic therapies.
