Job summary

Soliant is hiring an Oncology Pharmacy Specialist in a Southern California health system. The role focuses on both IV and oral oncology medications, operating under a Collaborative Practice Agreement to ensure optimal patient therapy.

Ideal candidates have PGY1/PGY2 in Oncology, BCOP preferred, and experience with oral oncology. Mon–Fri day shifts with relocation and sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• PGY1 and PGYII training in Oncology
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) preferred
• Experience with oral oncology medications a plus
• Working under a Collaborative Practice Agreement to optimize therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide oncology pharmaceutical care in an Oncology Clinic setting
• Manage IV and oral oncology medications under CPP
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure optimal therapy for patients
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday day shifts
