Job summary

Sharp HealthCare in San Diego region seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care to diverse patients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, apply the nursing process, and support family education and discharge planning in a high‑volume setting.

A current CA RN license and BLS certification are required. Minimum one year of clinical experience is preferred, with new grad pathways available. Relocation and referral incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school and CA RN license required.
• 1 year clinical nursing experience; new grads considered with program.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Demonstrate clinical advancement, planning and risk assessment with the care team.
• Exhibit clinical leadership and effective delegation within the unit.
• Foster a therapeutic nurse–patient/family relationship and advocacy.
