Responsibilities

• Supervises schedulers and/or secretarial staff in assigned clinics.
• Coordinates office activities for the assigned department.
• Acts as liaison between staff, physicians, hospital personnel, physician offices and patients.
• Provides service to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
