The START Center for Cancer Research seeks a Patient Navigator to streamline referrals for the Phase 1 program in Pittsburgh. You will manage intake, coordinate with providers, and monitor referral metrics to support trial access.

Responsibilities include EMR screening, outreach support, and active participation in program meetings, with a focus on timely communication and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical or administrative settings.
• 1 year oncology experience.
• Associate’s degree in healthcare or related field is preferred.
• Clinical trial experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

We areseekingaPatient Navigator. The Patient Navigator facilitates patient referrals for the START Phase 1 program. This role involves managing referral documentation, monitoring referral metrics, and supporting outreach activities. The Patient Navigator ensures a smooth intake process and efficient communication with referring providers.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
