Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Patient Care Tech I – PCT on the Oncology 4AB unit at Weinberg 4AB involves night shift, full-time (36 hours) on a 36-bed inpatient unit caring for adult oncology patients. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland is required.
• One year of clinical experience (home care, outpatient, or acute care) in a setting relevant to the unit in the most recent two years.
• BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly skilled patient and family-centered care on the oncology unit.
• Support care team with patient needs and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and scope of practice.
