Responsibilities

• Participates in day-to-day operations including patient education and triage.
• Supports QA/QI projects and program evaluation.
• Delivers expert clinical care and coordinates care across the nursing team.
• Acts as liaison between patients, families and providers.
• Maintains documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Participates in research activities of the program.
