Avera Health in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks an experienced RN educator to lead staff development and clinical education within the Avera Cancer Institute-Sioux Falls. The role focuses on empowering nurses through evidence-based practice and structured educational programs.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership to design orientation plans, coach staff, and ensure high standards of patient care. A strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional growth is required.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1-3 years nursing experience.
• Specialty certification within 1 year (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Provides staff development expertise as an educator, consultant, facilitator, change agent and leader.
• Develops and identifies clinical prevention strategies in area of expertise.
• Supports development of nurses and fosters empowerment through knowledge and evidence-based practice.
• Continuing education to enhance clinical practice.
• Participates in development, implementation and evaluation of education plans and leadership development.
