Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care by following physician orders and care plans.
• Coordinate with the health care team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Document patient status, medications, and teaching needs accurately.
• Monitor and respond to changing patient conditions and needs.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and self-care after discharge.
