Mercy is seeking Medical Assistants to support providers by delivering direct and indirect patient care in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities include clinical procedures, documentation, and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, MA Clinic Academy training, BLS certification, and at least one year of outpatient experience, with proficiency in EHR systems and patient-centered care.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
• Certification(s): BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• One year of experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
• Certification(s): BLS (Basic Life Support) is requested for non-HOD clinics.
